A quick guide to preparing files so your first strike-off comes back right. If anything here is unclear, send the file anyway — we check every file for free before printing.
Send layered or flattened files — keep text as outlines in vector files.
Artwork at 300 dpi at the actual print size. Higher is fine; upscaled files are not.
Include Pantone references or a physical swatch if colour accuracy is critical — we match on a strike-off.
For repeating patterns, send a single seamless tile and we'll step it out across the cloth.
Set the canvas to the real dimensions of the fabric or scarf you're ordering — for example 90 × 90 cm for a classic square scarf — plus 1 cm bleed on every edge that will be cut.
If you send a layered PSD, label anything you want us to adjust. Otherwise flatten the file so nothing shifts between your screen and ours.
Screens lie. If a colour must be exact, give us a Pantone TCX/TPG reference or post us a swatch and we'll match it on the strike-off.
We check separations, resolution and repeats on every file for free and tell you exactly what to fix — or fix it for you.
